Club Med will eco-certifying the construction of all its new Resorts with BREEAM or the local equivalent. BREEAM is an internationally recognized and independent eco-construction certification organization. In South Africa, the aim is to achieve a 4-star rating from the Green Building Council of SA (GBCSA) for this development.
Tinley Resort’s operations will adhere to Green Globe standards through activity in 4 fields: sustainable management, economic/social, cultural heritage and the environment. 100% of Club Med resorts are Green Globe Certified.
